Walk To Emmaus

De Colores!

The Walk to Emmaus is an international ministry sponsored by The Upper Room. The name Walk to Emmaus comes from Luke 24, when the risen Christ joined two people on the road to Emmaus, discussing The Scriptures and the life of faith with them. The Walk to Emmaus is a three-day experience led by both lay and clergy volunteers.

In 2016, the daytime activities were held on the Pompano Beach Campus of Christ Church. Housing and sleeping quarters remained at the Forum in Pompano Beach. Oceanside has come full circle as our Chrysalis and Journey 4th day retreats were once held on the Pompano Beach Campus.

The days are full of teaching, singing, prayer, discussion and plenty of food! Walk to Emmaus is designed to strengthen Christian faith, and develop Christian leaders who will serve their local churches, families, communities, and the world.
