Women's Ministry

The Women's Ministry aims to reach women where they are and help them grow in faith, connect with others spiritually and serve their community as the hands and feet of Christ.

UPCOMING

WOMEN'S ONE-DAY RETREAT

Saturday | February 4, 2017 | Pompano Beach Campus
Author and speaker Rachel Lovingood is coming to Christ Church to share her message of the transformative power of Jesus with women and girls of the community. She will be the keynote speaker at the 2017 Women's Ministry retreat, Stir it Up: Stir Up the Gift of God which is in You! Rachel has a passion to see people living the abundant life that God desires for them and uses practical, relevant teaching to bring the scriptures to life. She is the founder of Impact Resources, a company that offers Bible-based curriculum for students and women.

The day will include two teaching sessions and, given that it is hosted by Methodist women, lots of yummy food:  continental breakfast, lunch and snacks.

Tickets are $50 and available online here and from the church office. Free care is available for children age 5 and younger, with reservation to Bev Wallhoff.

"Her value exceeds pearls; all you desire can’t compare with her.  In her right hand is a long life; in her left are wealth and honor. Her ways are pleasant; all her paths are peaceful. She is a tree of life to those who embrace her; those who hold her tight are happy."
